The Journey

  • 10:00 pm: Assemble at the designated pickup point in Pune and start the journey towards base village
  • 05:00 am:Arrive at Velas and proceed directly to the beach to attend the Morning Turtle Hatching Session.
  • 06:00 am:Experience the first turtle hatching session, a truly magical and unforgettable moment.
  • 07:30 am:Head to a local homestay for freshening up and a brief rest.
  • 11:00 am:Savor a delicious, locally-prepared breakfast, followed by departure for Bankot Fort
  • 12:30 pm: Visit the revered Harihareshwar Temple, crossing the estuary via the Bankot-Bagmandla Ferry
  • 11:00 pm: BEnjoy a wholesome *local lunch*, then commence the return journey to Pune.
  • 11:00 pm: Reach Pune

Note: - Please be punctual throughout the trek. In some scenarios, our schedule might be delayed, but your cooperation is essential to ensure we stay on track.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel a trek. Below is our refund policy outlining the refundable amounts based on the cancellation period:

  • Cancellation within 7 Days: If the trek is canceled within 7 days prior to the scheduled trek start date, a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 3 Days: If the trek is canceled within 3 days prior to the scheduled trek start date, a refund of 25% of the total amount paid, will be issued.
  • Cancellation 1 Day Prior: No refund will be provided for cancellations made 1 day prior to the scheduled trek start date. The total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable initial payment, will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 business days from the date of cancellation request.
  • Any applicable bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We highly recommend all participants to carefully review their travel plans and ensure their availability before booking a trek with us. In case of any cancellations or changes, please inform us as soon as possible, adhering to the specified cancellation periods mentioned above.
