The Journey

  • 11:30 pm: Reporting at respective Boarding points & Depart towards Khireshwar
  • 05:00 am: Reporting at respective Boarding points & Depart towards Khireshwar
  • 06:00 am: Freshen up & Have Breakfast & start hiking on the trail after a short briefing session
  • Enjoy the Trail & Kalu Waterfall!: Experience the beauty of nature as we hike and explore the Kalu Waterfall.
  • 01:30 pm: Return to the base village after exploring.
  • 02:30 pm: Have lunch and take some time to rest.
  • 03:30 pm: Begin our return journey to Pune.
  • 09:00 pm: Arrive back in Pune.

Note: - Please be punctual throughout the trek. In some scenarios, our schedule might be delayed, but your cooperation is essential to ensure we stay on track.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel a trek. Below is our refund policy outlining the refundable amounts based on the cancellation period:

  • Initial Payment: The initial payment of Rs.1500 is non-refundable and will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 Days: If the trek is canceled within 7 days prior to the scheduled trek start date, a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 3 Days: If the trek is canceled within 3 days prior to the scheduled trek start date, a refund of 25% of the total amount paid, will be issued.
  • Cancellation 1 Day Prior: No refund will be provided for cancellations made 1 day prior to the scheduled trek start date. The total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable initial payment, will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 business days from the date of cancellation request.
  • Any applicable bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We highly recommend all participants to carefully review their travel plans and ensure their availability before booking a trek with us. In case of any cancellations or changes, please inform us as soon as possible, adhering to the specified cancellation periods mentioned above.

We would like to bring an important matter to your attention regarding train ticket confirmations for your upcoming journey with KAFILA. Depending on the time of your booking, you will either receive confirmed seats or be allocated a RAC seat (where two people share one seat).
