The Journey

  • Begin your journey from Pune by boarding the Goa Express towards Margao
  • Morning: Arrive at Margao and catch a bus to Palolem Beach. Check in to your place of stay and relax. Evening: Enjoy a scenic boat ride to spot dolphins and jellyfish. Visit picturesque locations such as Rajbagh Beach, Butterfly Beach, and Honeymoon Beach. Discover the hidden Turtle-shaped Rock and Monkey Island.
  • Morning: Start your day with a serene sunrise at Galgibagh Beach, a peaceful and unexplored gem in South Goa. Afternoon: Visit a cliffside café and soak in the stunning views. Evening: Explore the historic Cabo de Rama Fort and enjoy the tranquility of Pebble Beach
  • Morning: Leave South Goa and head towards Panjim to explore a different side of Goa. Afternoon: Visit the iconic churches of Panjim and stroll through the vibrant streets of Fontainhas, known for its Portuguese-style architecture. Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel a trek. Below is our refund policy outlining the refundable amounts based on the cancellation period:

  • Cancellation within 20 Days: If the trek is canceled within 20 days prior to the scheduled trek start date, a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 12 Days: If the trek is canceled within 12 days prior to the scheduled trek start date, a refund of 25% of the total amount paid, will be issued.
  • Cancellation 7 Days Prior: No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled trek start date. The total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable initial payment, will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 business days from the date of cancellation request.
  • Any applicable bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We highly recommend all participants to carefully review their travel plans and ensure their availability before booking a trip with us. In case of any cancellations or changes, please inform us as soon as possible, adhering to the specified cancellation periods mentioned above.

We would like to bring an important matter to your attention regarding train ticket confirmations for your upcoming journey with KAFILA. Depending on the time of your booking, you will either receive confirmed seats or be allocated a RAC seat (where two people share one seat).

It is essential to note that KAFILA holds no responsibility for the confirmation of train tickets. The confirmation process is managed by the railway authorities and is subject to availability and other factors that are beyond our control.

While we make every effort to secure confirmed seats for all our passengers, circumstances such as high demand or limited availability may result in the allocation of RAC seats. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

Please be assured that we prioritize the comfort and convenience of our passengers. In the case of RAC seats, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey by pairing passengers appropriately.
